About Us
Choosers started from humble beginnings in Auckland, New Zealand. We believe in providing Kiwis with New Zealand made designer streetwear at an affordable price. We are very much a "slow fashion" brand, and we mean to stay that way. However, that does not mean that the fashion we produce is boring by any means.
Choosers is all about stepping out and showcasing your personality through fashion. Our designs aim to add (or enhance) a sense of playfulness and fun into your wardrobe. You will never fade into the background when you are wearing one of our garments.
All of our products are designed and made in-house by our small, but dedicated team. Each garment you see on our site features a statement print designed by the team here at Choosers. Many of our prints are inspired by aspects of New Zealand flora, fauna and culture. We at Choosers hope to celebrate New Zealand by contributing to New Zealand fashion and keeping our production onshore.
We produce our garments in small limited edition runs in order to keep our products fresh while minimizing wastage. Any fabric wastage that we produce is kept aside for an exciting (yet currently super secret) project, meaning none of it goes to landfill. Keep an eye on our blog or social media pages to see more news on that as it comes. Other waste we produce, such as paper waste from our pattern design process, is recycled wherever possible. We believe in preserving the natural beauty of New Zealand, and aim to do all that we can to ensure that our operations have as little impact on the environment as possible.
